House rules
The rules are short and they come straight from the listing. They exist so the residence stays as clean and quiet for the next guest as it was for you.
01Checking in and out
Check-in runs from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM and uses a smart lock, so there is no desk to find. Your code and the directions to the residential lobby arrive through Airbnb before the day. Checkout is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in is not available from December through April; in other months, ask the host and they will tell you what the turnover allows.
At arrival, the building asks for a government-issued ID and a registration form, and may take a card or cash deposit for incidentals. Guests must be 25 or older to book. Same-day bookings are accepted until 7:00 PM, and at least four hours before check-in.
02During your stay
- Six guests maximum. Two in the king suite, two in the queen suite, two on the sofa bed. Visitors count.
- No pets. Service animals are handled under Airbnb's accessibility policy; message the host before booking.
- No smoking, inside or on the balcony.
- No parties or events. Dinner for six is a dinner; a gathering beyond the guest count is not.
- Quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The building is home to full-time residents.
- No commercial photography. Personal photographs are fine.
Parking is paid and run by the building's valet, not the host. The nightly fee is set by the building and cannot be waived by the host, so plan for it.
03Safety and cameras
A Ring doorbell camera covers the front door and the building has exterior security cameras on the property. There are no cameras inside the residence. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are installed.
The listing marks the residence as not suitable for infants and small children because of the twelfth-floor balcony. A crib, a travel crib and a high chair can be provided on request; if you are traveling with young children, message the host before booking and describe who is coming, so the answer is a real one rather than a form.
04The building's rules
The residence is inside a resort and residential building, and the resort's own rules apply in the shared spaces: the pools, the fitness centre, the beach and the spa. Pool hours, towel service and the beach attendants are managed by the resort. Spa access for residence guests is at preferred rates and subject to the resort's terms.

Common questions
Can we have friends over for dinner?
The listing sets six as the maximum number of guests at any time and does not permit parties or events. Within those limits, dinner at the table for eight is what the table is for.
What happens if we break something?
Tell the host through Airbnb. Small accidents happen; Airbnb's damage process handles the rest, and the building's incidental deposit covers charges it raises directly.
Can we leave luggage after checkout?
Ask the host through Airbnb. It depends on the next arrival and the building, so there is no standing answer.
