Two bedrooms, two and a half baths and a balcony the width of the home, twelve floors above the beach on Singer Island. Here is each room, what it holds, and how the residence sleeps six.
The residence sits on the twelfth floor of the Happiness Tower, one of the two towers at Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences on Singer Island. Every room faces the Atlantic through floor-to-ceiling glass, and the balcony runs the full width of the home outside the living room, the dining room and both bedrooms. The beach is directly below; the Intracoastal Waterway is behind the building.
Because the home faces east, the light arrives early. One guest put it simply: the sun fills the entire unit in the morning. Sunsets happen behind the building, but the balcony is long enough that the evening colour on the water and the coastline is part of the day too.
Getting in is straightforward. The residence uses self check-in with a smart lock, the elevator is at least 52 inches deep with a 32-inch doorway, and the building has 24-hour security and a residential lobby with valet parking.
The owner recently refreshed the residence with new white walls, new shower glass and upgraded furnishings. The palette is white and navy with pale wood, which keeps the rooms calm and lets the water do the work. The listing describes it as one of the best-positioned oceanview units at Amrit, and the photographs bear that out: there is nothing between the glass and the horizon.
The appliances are Miele, including an induction cooktop, a wall oven and a built-in coffee machine, so the kitchen behaves like the kitchen in a well-run home rather than a rental. Guests have noticed. One review recommends brushing up on the induction cooktop before you arrive; another wanted the coffee machine for their own house.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are one open space along the ocean side, so whoever is cooking is part of the conversation and the view. The king suite takes the corner, with a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The queen suite has its own bathroom with a rain shower and the dedicated workspace. A half bath serves the living area, and a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer sits off the hall.
Six guests sleep across the king bed, the queen bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The listing sets six as the maximum, and the house rules ask for no parties or events, so the residence works best for a couple, a small family with older children, or two couples travelling together.

A deep sectional faces the glass, with a picture-frame television on the wall and the balcony doors sliding wide enough to make the room part of the terrace. This is where the morning light lands first. The sofa converts to a bed for two.

A Miele suite around a long island: induction cooktop, wall oven, dishwasher, and a built-in coffee machine, with a wine fridge under the counter. The island seats four. Pots, pans, dishes, glassware, a blender and a toaster are stocked, and coffee is provided.

A table for eight under a cascade of glass pendants, with a mirrored wall that doubles the ocean. Dinner here is at eye level with the horizon, and the balcony's outdoor dining table is a few steps away for the nights you would rather eat outside.
