Questions before you book

Dates, rates and confirmation are handled on the residence's Airbnb listing. Pick your dates there, and the price for your stay appears before you commit. Guests must be 25 or older to book. This preview site does not take reservations.

Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and checkout is by 10:00 AM. The residence uses self check-in with a smart lock, so you are not tied to a front desk; the code and directions come through Airbnb before you arrive.

Early check-in is not offered in the winter season, from December through April, when turnovers are back to back. Outside those months, ask the host through Airbnb and they will tell you what the cleaning schedule allows. Late checkout works the same way: ask, and it depends on the next arrival.

The building asks arriving guests for a government-issued ID and a registration form, and may take a card or cash deposit for incidentals at check-in. The reservation itself is paid through Airbnb, which also handles any damage claims under its own policies.
